Xstim, Inc.’s policy is to communicate all complaints about our devices to customer support at 1-844-228-2067. The Xstim Customer Support Representative will provide technical assistance to determine the extent of the problem or educate the patient on the use of the device. If the Xstim device cannot function properly, a return merchandise authorization will be issued to the patient for a replacement device, which will be sent to the patient free of charge. The malfunctioning device will be returned to Xstim for complaint testing and evaluation. This procedure can be done at any time and as many times as necessary during the course of the treatment. The course of the treatment is defined as the nine (9) month period between the time the device is initiated and the Two Hundredth and Seventieth (270th) treatment.
